How do I register my child for Summer Camp? +
Visit the Summer Camp page, click "Register", and fill in the form. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
How does the pickup QR code work? +
After enrollment, log in to the Parent Portal and go to "My QR". Download your personal QR code and show it to staff at pickup. Only people listed as authorised pickup contacts can collect your child.
Can I see when my child was checked in or out? +
Yes — open the Parent Portal and go to "History" to see a full, timestamped attendance log for each of your children.
How do I add or update a pickup contact? +
Please contact us by email or phone and a staff member will update your child's authorised pickup list.
I forgot my Parent Portal password. What do I do? +
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page, or contact us and we'll reset it for you.
I want to deactivate my account. +
You can submit a request on our account deactivation page.
